Shipping:

Plants are ship on Mondays within the continental United States with the exception of Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available.

Our plants are only ship via UPS. We highly recommend purchasing the most expedient ship time offered for safe delivery. 

Shipping Damages:

Our plants are packaged with tremendous care to prevent any damages that may occur during shipping. 

However, there is always a chance that your plant could get bent, or leaves broken during shipping. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for shipping damages that may occur. Before placing your order, please understand that your plant may not arrive picture perfect due to circumstances out of our control.

If your plant arrives dead or damaged, please contact us via email immediately or within 2 hours after delivery. Please include plenty of photos and videos if possible. Keep all packaging materials, plant, pot.

Holds/Returns/Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email, Facebook or Instagram. Once your plant is shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. There will be a 5% cancellation restocking fee for the total amount of your order (plant + shipping). All sales are final, we do not accept returns once the plant is shipped.

At this time, we are unable to hold any plants. 

Stolen Packages/Wrong Address:

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or stolen. There will be no refunds for these circumstances. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately.

If your package is stolen off your porch, it is your responsibility to contact your local Law Enforcement Department.

If the carrier mistakenly delivers your package to a different address or the address was wrong at checkout, it is your responsibility to contact your local shipping carrier office immediately once your package is confirmed delivered.
